About
I’m Parm. Nice to meet you.
I’ve spent 22 years in web delivery: agency side, on national brands and on the small businesses those agencies never had time for. Large budgets and small ones, and the same failure at both ends. The build quality was never the problem. Selling websites as projects was. This is the service I built to fix it.

The realisation
Why I stopped selling projects.
I spent most of my career in the agency world, delivering big web projects for brands you’d recognize. And I kept watching the same thing happen to smaller businesses: a site gets built, invoiced, launched with a handshake, then left to rot while the web moves on. Five years later somebody sells them a rebuild and the cycle starts over. The build quality was never the problem. The project model is the problem, so I stopped selling projects.
Meanwhile the bar keeps moving. Speed thresholds tighten, accessibility became law, and AI search now decides who gets found at all. Catching up every five years doesn’t work anymore. ThreeSeven is built around keeping pace instead: one fee, one published standard, re-verified every 90 days.
What makes this work is a repeatable system. Every site is built on the same production setup, held to the same written standard, and verified on the same schedule. That’s deliberate: it means the tenth site costs no more attention than the second, and it means quality doesn’t depend on how busy a given week is. Where a project genuinely needs a specialist, I bring in people I’ve worked alongside for years.
Twenty-two years of agency work is where the standards come from. Delivering for national brands teaches you what proper looks like: the checks, the sign-offs, the things that get verified before anything ships. Almost none of that reaches a small business, because the model that pays for it doesn’t scale down. Building it into a system is how it does.
