The Service
What protecting a website looks like, month by month.
Built to the current ThreeSeven Standard, kept there, and re-verified every 90 days. The build, the hosting, the updates, the content, and the checks are all one monthly fee. No project invoice at the start, and no rebuild invoice in year five.
You stop having to think about the site. Every 90 days you get a dated check, and I let you know whenever I’ve fixed something.
The rhythm
The rhythm of the service.
This is how I run website maintenance: active monitoring, scheduled verification, and content support, on a schedule.
Monitoring runs quietly.
Uptime, security, backups. You hear from me only when something needs your attention.
Content updates, handled.
Email it over: a new team member, updated hours, a testimonial, a video. Acknowledged within one business day, live within ten. No ticket portal, no per-change invoice.
Essential includes 2 updates a month, Professional 5, Premier 10. If a change rewrites more than half a page, it counts as your new page for that quarter (every plan includes one new or rewritten page every 90 days). I’ll tell you before I start.
Full re-verification against the Standard, plus your performance report.
The same four-pillar assessment from your original report, run again. Anything that slipped is fixed free.
Alongside it, a plain-language summary of what the site did this quarter: enquiries, where visitors came from, what your content earned.
A fresh design every two years, if you want one.
Design ages faster than engineering. Two years in, your site gets a new design, rebuilt on the current Standard and using the content you have then. Same business and same words, with a current look.
It’s optional. Take it and it works like your original build: it carries the setup fee published for your plan at the time, covered over the twelve months after the new design launches, so accepting it starts a new twelve-month term. Decline it and nothing changes. You stay month-to-month on the design you have, and it stays verified every 90 days.
Your site moves with it.
New accessibility law, new performance thresholds, the next shift in how AI search reads the web: the Standard gets re-versioned and every site on the service is brought up to it.
This is the work you’d otherwise pay a rebuild for. Here, catching up is continuous and already in the fee.
What’s included
Everything the subscription covers.
No add-ons, no “that’s extra,” no hourly invoices. If it’s on this list, it’s in the fee.

The proof

The Standard Guarantee
Below the bar? That month is free.
Every site is re-verified against the Standard every 90 days. If a check finds it below the bar and it isn’t fixed within 14 days, that month is refunded.
The build
What happens when you join.
The build is the front door of the service, not a separate project. It starts when your subscription does, and you stay in control of it: nothing goes live without your sign-off.
- Day 0
You subscribe
The report is free; the work after it is the service. Your 12-month minimum term starts here, and so does the build. There is no separate project invoice, ever.
- Week 1
Design intake
I start from what’s yours: logo, colours, photography, voice, and the content you want carried over. The look is yours; the engineering underneath is what changes.
- Weeks 1 to 2
Your private preview
A password-protected preview of your actual site: your content, your brand, real pages you can click through. Not a mockup. If something from your old site has to change, I’ll show you why. It will always tie back to an issue in your report.
- Before launch
Your sign-off
Nothing launches without your approval. The Standard is the launch bar: when your site meets it, it goes live, and the changes you want after that are what the monthly fee is for. This is a service, not a project.
- Target: 2 weeks from intake
Verified launch
The site goes live with its scores measured and shared with you, the same numbers from the same public tools as your original report. I launch when it’s ready, not when it’s perfect: the whole site is built and it passes the Standard, and the wording you want tweaked gets tweaked in the first weeks like it will in year three.
The alternative
What this would cost you to buy piece by piece.
Doing this yourself means hiring several people. Here’s what that costs.
What would this cost you?
One number is all I need. These are the hours the work actually takes, on every plan, so you can price it against whatever you’d pay someone.
These are my hours, not a guess at yours. And this assumes someone bills you by the hour at all. Most won’t take small jobs: a one-line change means a call, a quote, and a minimum engagement, usually a few hundred dollars before anyone opens the file. That’s the real reason small changes never get made.
The obvious question
So why doesn’t AI just make all of this free?
Fair question, and I use AI in the build pipeline every day. It hasn’t changed the bottleneck. Producing a change was never the hard part. Knowing which change is needed, and confirming it didn’t quietly break something else, still takes a person who is accountable for the result. AI made the typing faster. It didn’t make anyone responsible.
